Terrorists are at it again, killing the innocent people. The serial blasts on May 13, 2008 in Jaipur, a relatively peace city, show terrorists spread their roots deep across the country and that they could strike anywhere, anytime at their will. Tuesday's explosions were among the worst terror strikes in India after the Mumbai suburban train blasts in July 2006 that killed over 180 people. How long we would witness such heinous crimes patiently? The government, instead of simply talking about curbing militancy, should take action by amending stringent laws to give capital punishments for terrorists and by strengthening our intelligence network to sense such crimes in advance.
