Dear Friends,
Congress has promised to provide 'Uninterrupted' Power supply to Karnataka if voted to power.
My questions:
1. Why cannot they do it in Delhi first, which is reeling under acute power crisis in many areas? The party has been in power for the last few years, but still people starve for basic needs like water and electricity.
2 . What happened to the states having abundant source of power like Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, which the party has lost in the recent assembly polls? Did they generate excess power during their regime and sell it to power-starving states like UP and Haryana?
3. By merely giving promise of providing uninterrupted power supply, are they going to install UPS of jumbo size (probably world's largest) in every district to take care of power shut down or fluctuations?
4. Are people still a 'mass' in India that even after sixty years of Independence people fall to such 'candy' thrown by parties during the election?
5. Finally, why cannot we learn a lesson from the past?
