Singh vs. Singh, Rahul the PM understudy

The wily Arjun Sigh has done it again; he spilled out the well known secret of Congress, yes the Dynastic rule. Did he put Man Mohan Singh on notice? He is an ambitious man and has been serving the family. First we have to understand whether Rahul Gandhi has been made ready for that hot seat or not.
