Most of the women & children's undergo mental torture due to sexual advances and abuse..Why & what can be done to save?

My dear friends,
Those never ending news articles about sexual abuses as well as plight of women and children who were become the easy targets of lusty beasts makes us to feel the pinch in the society & apathy towards those anti-social elements on how to control it.
It's said that in our country India alone millions of women, and children become victims of sexual exploitations, rape and murder and the scenario through out the world also very disturbing.
There are several cases of sexual abuse by the near and dear as well as cases of malpractices like abuse of power in working places makes our women and children helpless & not being reported for want of proof, the image of the victims being tarnished by the media & society.
In many cases it is those within the family and their servants, friends who exploit the innocent women and girls and all these abuses goes without any complaints due to the apathy of honour and respects of the family being tarnished in the society.
The victims suffer from mental and physical tortures often and the trauma and nightmare continues..
Even few persons in the law abiding agencies indulge in exploiting the innocent women to satisfy their lust & sex.
It is a shame on the society and time to initiate more strict punishments like Saudi Arabian countries.
The trauma of rape & fatal experiences led most of the women and children to mental disorders and they could not find any solace from the society.
Our concerns for those youth who are being spoilt due to the western culture and mass media exposures to influence the sexual needs is the major cause of worry.
To a great extent Films, T.V & Internet influenced a negative impact on society.
The rising trend of trafficking of women and children caused the society nuisances and every country needs to amend their rules & regulations, law enforcements through watch dog committees and safe guard the freedom of women & children.

Rapes, murders, abuses and other forms of domestic violence have reached a level at which a society loses its claim to be civilized. Whenever there is anarchy, it is the weak that suffer most.
Obviously women and children are at the receiving end of an overwhelming majority of the cases of violence unleashed by changed perceptions about sex.
Hence we need strict punishments to those abusers and create awareness among the others on how to behave in the society.
Most of the rape cases take place in private space by some close relatives, servants, strangers and those bosses over the victims in their work places.

It's a pity that both educated, civilized as well as uneducated, political bigwigs and underworld dons are indulging in unfair games of exploiting those women & children with more advances, abuses and in turn creates rape, murder, physical assaults and crime.
Those victims are being deprived of their rehabilitations and justice at the hands of influential, powerful persons, and loopholes in law as well as the inner fear of further harassments at the hands of others led them to shed their tears unnoticed in many cases.

They rape because they want pleasure; and if pleasure cannot be had with the consent of a woman, it is not an unattractive idea to ignore her consent altogether.
They want to dominate, and if they feel the desire to lay specific women, they have nothing to stop them from fulfilling it.
Time to eradicate such social evils from the society to save our moral values & traditions.
